Since it is November and it’s the month where we are reminded to count our blessings and have a thankful heart, we have much to be grateful for.
A huge thank you to Coach Kyle Hannan and the entire Mercer Men’s Lacrosse team. Your continued love and support for John Michael is unparalleled! They made the trip from Macon for the 4th annual JM Fund Raiser. The team arrived at our home Saturday night - about 60 players and coaches! We were also blessed with about 40 parent! It was such a special time. I loved watching John Michael with his senior class. They had him laughing so hard I thought he might fall out of his chair. Shout out to 4Rivers for feeding this crew - thank you Robin Bressler Miles!
They look forward to it every year.
Sunday was filled with lots of lacrosse. Thank you Mark Ayad for letting us use your field. We had a great turn out.
Thank you also to fellow Bear mom Becky Bininger Junod for organizing the food trucks. The food was delicious! Thank you Smoke & Donuts - I think we consumed everything you provided! If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend them. Thank you to everyone’s favorite Jeremiah’s Ice. When the sun came out it was a perfect treat.
As always throughout this journey we are blown away by all of the love we feel from our community. Thanks to all who made it out to the event, donated, bought a shirt, and sent us messages. We love you all from the bottom of our hearts.
